New Start. New Me.

Hello my fellow tumblr people! My name is Elizabeth and this is my first ever blog site! I am really excited to be sharing to you all why I am starting this. My whole life i have struggled with my weight. It has been a journey for my WHOLE life. I just recently decided to do something about my weight. It was my junior year of high school when i realized my butt was way too big for my body and my thighs were as big as my butt! When i first started my journey on losing weight i was close to 187lbs. (i am 5’3) That weight was completely unexceptable and very disappointing to me. I ended up losing 50lbs and raged to about 140lbs. When i got to that weight i wanted to keep going but my body wasn’t letting me. I was at a standstill for close to 7 months and was so upset by it. I didn’t understand why my body wasn’t responding. I am a runner and I couldn’t believe I wasn’t losing weight from it. So now (April 15, 2012) I am fed up with dieting. I knew my body wasn’t losing weight so I did the most stupid thing you can do….I ate my feelings for about 2 weeks straight! I think you know where I am heading now. I have now gained about 9lbs and I am very upset that I have done this. So now there are NO MORE EXCUSES. I want to lose the 9lbs that i have gained and then some. I want to be 118 by August 1st! I know I can do it and i plan on it. My journey begins now and I am excited to see where it will take me!
